This STATUE is on the right from the main entrance (left if you're leaving the quad). As far as I remember, it's some sort of god or something in that similar direction.

to me the statue is of a man that is sitting doing revisio for an exam. he may be sitting down but hes actual self within wants to flee into freedom from the work and its stress. the locatio of this art work is next to the entrance of the college building.
It looks like a sporting hero, perhaps a rugby player, hence the large legs, straining to catch the ball. It's located by the entrance to the college building.
It is located on the left hand side of the main building if you were leaving the quad. i have always wondered what this statue is and can never work out what it is. the creator must of had a messed up mind to create something like that.
